Nataly Rodriguez

Nataly Rodriguez, Consultant and founder of Continuous Improvement

A solid background in hospitality and customer service, backed by a degree in Industrial Engineering and certifications in quality management, such as Lean Six Sigma and internal auditing. Her focus on innovation and efficiency, combined with her training in Design Thinking, allows her to design customized solutions focused on the specific needs of the hotel sector.

 

In 2023, he founded Mejora Continua , a hotel consultancy firm that brings together professionals specialized in various areas.

 

Outstanding track record focused on training managers and operational teams, enhancing their skills and contributing to the strategic development of each company.

 

With experience in hotels of different international profiles, he has worked in reception, OTA coordination, operational analysis, and social media strategies, demonstrating skills to improve occupancy and customer satisfaction through a combination of analytical vision and digital strategy.

Allan Chavarria

Allan Chavarria, Hotel/Restaurant Consultant allied to Continuous Improvement

With over 40 years of experience in the international hotel and gastronomy industry, he is recognized for his commitment to excellence in service. He has worked with prestigious global brands such as Cunard Lines, Sheraton International, Holiday Inn and Habitat Dive Resort, acquiring knowledge and standards that apply to the highest levels of the industry.

 

Active member of the National Association of Chefs of Costa Rica and polyglot, which allows him to connect with teams and clients from different cultures. His services include staff training, operations improvement and strategic analysis, always with a focus on optimizing results and raising the quality of service.
